Lecturer, Research Institute of Aerospace Technology, Central South University
He's interested in the fundamental physics of aerodynamics and aeroacoustics, spanning from subsonic to supersonic regimes. He developed a stabilized numerical method and some theoretical correction schemes to help understand the recognized issue of sound propagation within non-uniform sheared flows, which drives the discovery of a total reflection mechanism at wide incident angles. Assisted by advanced experimental techniques and machine learning algorithms, he experimentally explored the transition behavior of supersonic sheared flow over different rough metasurfaces for the first time. He has recently worked on engineering topics such as beamforming acceleration and the boundary element method, which facilitate the progression of acoustic imaging techniques in scattering environments and the fast multipole equivalent source method.
He received a bachelor's degree in 2016 and a doctoral degree in 2021 at Xiamen University. Then, he engaged in postdoctoral research at the National University of Defense and Technology. In 2023, he joined AANTC as a research associate.
