PhD Candidate
Runzhen Cao earned his BEng degree in Aerospace Engineering from the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In the fall of 2024, he joined AANTC as a PhD student. His research interests include noise reduction design for both aircraft systems and subsystems, ray-tracing algorithms for low-altitude vehicle sound propagation in urban environments, and aircraft airworthiness standards within the context of low-altitude economics.
