Assistant Professor, Department of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
High-order simulations, analytical acoustics, and turbulence-aerofoil leading edge noise.
Mr Siyang Zhong was born in Oct. 1989 in the Guizhou province of China. He obtained his bachelor's degree of theoretical and applied mechanics at Peking University (China) in 2011. He continued his study at the same university and obtained his master's degree of control theory. He was admitted to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology to pursue his PhD degree on Jan. 2015. He graduate as a PhD in 2018. Currently his research focuses on developing and applying high-order numerical methods to study aeroacoustic problems.
